Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students at UC Irvine who are interested in research opportunities in the Sim lab are encouraged to contact via e-mail with an unofficial transcript. Undergraduate students working in the Sim lab during the regular academic quarter must enroll in Chem 180/H180. A minimum commitment of 12 hours per week for at least a year is expected. Typically, you will work with one graduate student in the Sim lab who will serve as your daily mentor. Your daily mentor trains you, assigns you experimental/academic tasks, and evaluates your performance each quarter.
